WHAT DRIVES US?

Our goals are many and very big to make INGARU LODGE not just another sanctuary, we want to renew and show our natural world in a different, unique way and at the same time make known to all people on the planet the knowledge and learning of our medicine, culture, flora and fauna.

Currently, Ecuador is experiencing an impact that ranges from our culture to the attack on wildlife caused by MINING.

• In seven years, legal and illegal mining has expanded by 300% in the Amazon province. At least 145 hectares of deforestation have been caused by illegal mining.

Here Hector again, if you are here it is because you are interested in knowing more about the objective of our sanctuary and everything it consists of, our vision goes much further than an ordinary sanctuary, as you can see on our page, we are currently a Lodge that offers tourist activities, we run it as a family and I have the pleasure of knowing almost all of our visitors, of course it has been a challenge for me and my family but it has helped us to see more clearly our objective and mission with the place, as you know this project has gained momentum since legal and illegal mining has taken more strength in the area, I myself have witnessed all the destruction it can achieve, the surroundings have slowly been consumed and my family and I do not want this to advance too much and force us to have to stop and close our place of peace that is currently hanging by a thread because of this threat.

By achieving this goal, we will strongly support the area so that the surrounding area gains a tourism boost, offering employment opportunities to the local community, giving visibility to entrepreneurs in the surrounding area, and ensuring that the community's residents no longer see giving up and selling their properties to mining companies that destroy nature as their only option.

THE SANCTUARY

We have 44,000 square meters of pristine Amazon rainforest, which we intend to dedicate to wildlife protection.

We will establish buildings dedicated to medical treatment, as well as recovery, quarantine, and rehabilitation rooms for animals suffering from injuries caused by human intervention.

My parents are shamans and natural doctors, so I have seen the wonders of natural medicine and the medicinal plants that exist throughout the INGARU LODGE property. Therefore, I do not only see an animal sanctuary, but also an area of ​​health and calm to improve medically and spiritually. That is why, in addition to the sanctuary, we want to build a clinic specializing in natural medicine.

CLINIC, SCHOOL OF BOTANY, NATURAL MEDICINE, AND ANCESTRAL TRADITIONS

We want to create a school where knowledge of medicinal plants, understanding the worldview of cultures, and raising awareness about caring for our planet are the main themes of the sanctuary.

NATURAL MEDICINE

To offer people who opt for natural treatment the highest quality protection, care, and treatment for recovery from any type of health condition that can be treated with natural medicine.

The spirit is also often affected after a long life, and that's normal. From my perspective, I recommend letting go of all the bad things and investing in feeling better. I recommend experiencing the peace transmitted at INGARU LODGE. I suppose nature is like that, but I recommend my place because it also contains the energies of all the people who have already visited it with a spiritual goal, and that feels incredible.

SPIRITUAL TREATMENT AREAS

Build areas that aim to atone for physical or spiritual pain, such as meditation areas, yoga areas, and temazcal areas, with professional staff to help with mental health treatments, physical injuries, or heart disease.

We all have messages and we want to be heard, because knowledge must be transmitted so that the message reaches the right person. We want to create an emblematic place in the Amazon to give voice to important situations. I see this in my vision of the place, and I know I won't be the only one to see it.

CONFERENCE AREA FOR ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ENTITIES AND THEIR RELATED PARTIES

We want to provide and reach the entire world by offering a place that exemplifies ecological transformation in tourism and encourages companies, organizations, NGOs, campaigns, and ministries to come to an area made for them and make themselves heard worldwide.
