TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Every guest staying at the Ingarito Lodge is subject to these rules and regulations during their stay, which are considered a contract of adhesion that must be fulfilled between the guest and the hotel.

  • Check-in time is from 2:00 PM.
  • Check-out time is until 2:00 PM.
  • All guests must be registered at reception.
  • For security reasons, visitors not registered at reception are not allowed in the rooms.
  • If there is an extra person in the room, the occupancy rate will be charged to the guest's account.

             If you have any valuables (jewelry, money, personal computers, passports, tickets, etc.) please use our secure locker service.

          The hotel is not responsible for valuable items that have not been previously handed in to reception.

  • Personal checks are not accepted.
  • Hotel towels cannot be removed from the room for any reason.
  • Breakfast will be served from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
  • Pets are not allowed in the inn. Pets brought in their cages may be left in the locker. Guide dogs and medical dogs are permitted.
  • In accordance with the national anti-smoking law, smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms not designated for smoking.
  • For the common good and the rest of all, guests are asked to observe a respectful and quiet time between midnight and 8:00 a.m.
  • Children between 0 and 10 years old will not be charged for accommodation upon presentation of an ID.
  • The inn reserves the right to refuse admission.
  • Any damage caused by guests to Ingarito Lodge property will be paid by the guest.
  • INN RESERVATIONS
  • The management reserves the right to terminate the accommodation contract if any of the above regulations are altered.
  • To guarantee your reservation, a deposit, bank transfer to Banco del Austro savings account 0015755172, and/or credit card payment of 50% is required. Your payment guarantees confirmation of your reservation.
  • Please make your reservations using our online reservation form. We will then send you a reservation confirmation after receiving the requested information.
  • Please provide the names of all guests.


  • CANCELLATION POLICIES
  • If you need to cancel your reservation, please take into account our formalities:
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours will result in a 100% refund to the guest.
  • Cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours will result in a 50% charge for one night's stay.
  • Cancellations made between 24 hours and midnight will be charged 100% of the value of one night's stay.


  • HOW TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION
  • Reservations must be canceled by phone or via email directly to ingarulodge@gmail.com at Ingarito Lodge.
  • In any case, please obtain, write down, and retain a cancellation number for your records. This is your insurance against erroneous billing.
